The room prices exclude 20% Tax and Service Charge. This is paid directly to the hotel upon check-out. Kindly note that there are currently a number of exciting building projects underway in Dubai and as part of this development construction is ongoing in the Dubai Marina area. In addition to this the hotel is expanding it facilities with the construction of the second tower which is currently due to be completed in 2011. There may be some noise disturbance around the hotel, however we do try our utmost to ensure that any disturbance and inconvenience to our guests is kept to a minimum and therefore a night time curfew is in place against any heavy construction noise.
